Characteristic

(1) Good temperature resistance. The overall use of silicone rubber as insulating and heat-conducting material (including power cord), the working environment temperature is -60 to ± 200 ℃.

(2) Good thermal conductivity: heat energy can be generated by passing it, and heat conduction can be carried out directly. The thermal efficiency is high, and it can be heated in a short time to achieve the effect.

(3) Reliable electrical performance: When each electric heating belt leaves the factory, it has undergone strict tests such as DC resistance, water immersion high voltage and insulation resistance to ensure the quality.

(4) The structure is firm, flexible and easy to bend; combined with the overall cold tail section, there is no joint point. Reasonable structure, easy to install.

(5) Strong designability; heating length, lead length, rated voltage and power are determined by the user.

Product structure

1- The heating wire is two tinned copper wires with a cross-section of 0,75㎡.

2- The isolation layer is made of silicone rubber by extrusion method.

3- The high-strength alloy wire spiral and the silicone rubber surface become the heating core.

Product Specifications

The voltage 36V-240V is determined by the user.

(1) 25W/m, withstand voltage AC3500V, the longest limit of use is 65 meters.

(2) 40W/m, withstand voltage AC3500V, the longest limit of use is 50 meters.

(3) 50W/m, withstand voltage AC3500V, the longest limit of use is 44 meters.
