The heating wire is an electric heating wire which is wound with a resistance alloy wire on the glass fiber wire and covered with a silicone rubber insulating layer on the outer layer. 2: The connection between the heating wire and the lead-out cold end (lead-out wire) is sealed with a heat-shrinkable tube.

3: The connection between the heating wire and the lead-out cold end has the same diameter as the wire body, and the heating and cold sections are marked with a color code. The advantage is that the connection has the same diameter as the wire body, and the structure is simple.

Structure

According to the insulating material, the heating wire can be P5-resistant heating wire, PVC heating wire, silicone rubber heating wire, etc. According to the power area, it can be divided into single-power and multi-power heating lines.

The PS-resistant heating wire is a non-toxic heating wire, especially suitable for occasions that need to be in direct contact with food. Its heat resistance is low and can only be used in low-power occasions, generally not exceeding 8W/m, and the long-term working temperature is -25~C ~60~C.

The covered material of the 105~C heating wire conforms to the requirements of PVC/E grade in the GB5023 (1EC227) standard. It has good heat resistance and is a commonly used heating wire. The average power density does not exceed 12W/m, and the operating temperature is -25 ℃～70～C. Widely used in refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. as anti-dew heating lines.

Silicone rubber heating wire has excellent heat resistance and is widely used in refrigerators, freezers and other defrosters. The average power density is generally below 40W/m. In a low temperature environment with good heat dissipation, the power density can reach 50W/m, and the operating temperature is -60~C to 155~C.
